These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ToDoops mobile application, website at https://todoops.app, and any related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by ToDoops ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading the app, or otherwise using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

ToDoops is a task management and productivity application with social features including streaks, leaderboards, friend systems, and a public feed. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any guarantees.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create through the Service (tasks, comments, reactions, profile information). By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You agree not to post content that:

Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
Impersonates any person or entity
Violates any applicable law or regulation

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service without our written permission
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features
Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
Manipulate streaks, leaderboards, or other gamification features through fraudulent means

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, graphics, logos, trademarks, and all other intellectual property, is owned by ToDoops and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., Apple Sign-In, Twitter/X). Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY DATA, TASKS, OR STREAKS WILL BE ACCURATELY MAINTAINED OR PRESERVED. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ToDoops, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR TEN DOLLARS (USD $10.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ToDoops and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party; or (d) your content.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We are not liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access. Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 13 shall survive termination.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in São Paulo, Brazil. You waive any objection to jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

13. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and EULA, constitute the entire agreement between you and ToDoops.
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
